Comments: Great trip, excellent vessel and crew with a fantastic mix of anglers old and new. Pleasure to see the guys from Todd Pipe and to meet some great individuals Randall Fain from ATT, Mark Sonday, Emil Azuma, Frank Hagler, Chris King, Joe Overstreet, Min Kang,
Jim Hochenberg and Mike Debord all new to J.E.S. The crew worked the boat well. Very few tangles or assistance needed. Ray, as our skipper worked really hard to get us on the mark. Bait was a mix of Sardines and excellent anchovy. They had been cured on the boat since the last 2-day trip. Tim in the galley was as usual on the mark.
Hot hands: There were some great fisherman on this trip. The ones that come to mind are Vince Tradiff, Frank Hagler, Walt Gonzales and Jim W.
Special Mention: Frank Hagler, Randy Fain and Emil Azuma caught their first ever Bluefin.
Oh, I finally got a Shimano TLD5 for my 15lb setup.
